Hi, I’m Neysa Pierre-Francois—Owner, Lead Artist, and Educator behind Beauty by Neysa.

With over a decade in the beauty industry, I specialize in makeup artistry, hairstyling, and esthetics, offering a refined, on-location experience that is both elevated and deeply personal. My work is rooted in the belief that beauty should feel intentional, accessible, and aligned—not overwhelming or one-dimensional.

Every service begins with a thoughtful consultation, where I take the time to understand your features, preferences, and goals. From there, I curate a fully customized look or treatment plan designed to enhance your natural beauty while maintaining the health and integrity of your skin and hair. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is one-size-fits-all.

My journey began at Lasell College while earning my degree in Fashion Merchandising, where I discovered my passion for beauty working behind the scenes at fashion shows. I went on to train at Catherine Hinds Institute, specializing in skin health and preparation, and later completed the cosmetology program at Toni & Guy. This layered education allows me to deliver a seamless, full-scope beauty experience across every service I offer.

I’ve continued my professional development through advanced trainings with industry leaders such as Sir John, Stephen Dimmick, Beau Nelson, Sonia Roselli, and Nicky Posley—ensuring my clients receive modern techniques, high-performance products, and an elevated standard of care.
